When you register we collect your name, email address, phone number and the answer you give about the amount you might consider investing. We also automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address and the source of your visit, for example the campaign you came from.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use your information to send you the joining link and reminders for the briefing, to send you the checklist, and to send you related emails about our property projects and services. Our lawful basis for marketing is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party providers to run our services, including Brevo (our email and CRM platform), Netlify (website hosting) and the platform we host the live briefing on. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed to provide our services, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent.
